Wow! I can't believe my last post was June 1st! What a summer slacker! We have been having a super summer where our days are filled with fun while spending time with family and friends! Both of us having the summers off makes it great and easy to do many day trips in and around the area! The kids are growing like weeds and Dan and I are just trying to soak up these moments and enjoy them while they last!
My little laundry assistant :)
Daniel would golf all day if he could!
This is one of the things we made for Dan for Father's Day!
We spent an evening at St. Pat's festival enjoying the rides and game tent. This is the school/church I went to and also the same festival where Dan first asked me out :) We may not visit the beer tent anymore but we sure love taking the kids to have a good time!
Daniel is officially "2" and is living up to it!!! We had our cousins and grandparents stop over to enjoy a golf ball cupcake which is what Daniel picked out :) We didn't have a big party since we were getting ready to leave for vacation. He still had a blast!
Here are a few shots from our old neighbors wedding reception! Dan and I were so excited that the kids were invited because it gave us a chance to dance the night away with them! Callie and Daniel were movin' and groovin' to the tunes and made us laugh with all of their energy!
We spent the morning of Father's Day at the zoo where they had special sports themed inflatables set up for dads to enjoy with their kids. Dan LOVED it!
A local farm down the road has a field where we can pick our own berries! Dan and I enjoyed this a little more than the kids but they liked hopping over the vines anyhow :)
My parents rented a house on the ocean in Myrtle Beach and my entire family went there for a week! It was a memorable, exhausting, and fun time all rolled into one!!! We are thankful for the memories and will cherish this week for a long, long time! I loved being with my sisters, parents, niece, and nephews for an entire week! The kids enjoyed each and every minute we were there! The ocean, the sand, the waves, and the thought of being with their cousins 24/7 was enough to make my kids feel as if they had died and gone to heaven! Thanks Mom and Dad for a great trip!!!
Love this! He is trying to show us that he is "2" now :)
