Summer Lovin'

What a fun, beautiful, and mild summer we've had so far (Knock on wood)!

 Luke loved the animals, however, he wasn't too happy when we pulled his little finger out of the bunny cage.  By the looks of his shirt, you can see he did more eating than picking of the strawberries :)

Happy 3rd Birthday, Daniel!

How is our little boy 3 years old?!?  I could just CRY!  Daniel is about as sweet and loveable as they come!  He will call you his best friend, tell you he loves you a million times a day, and hug a stranger.  Going on golf cart rides, washing golf balls in the ball washer on the course, throwing rocks in ponds  and puddles, and playing with Legos are some of his favorite things to do.  He will snuggle in our laps to read stories with us and hold our hand walking back to his bedroom.  I never want to forget those chubby little fingers wrapped around mine.  Daniel starts preschool this fall where he will be receiving speech and language services.  Riding a school bus and wearing a bookbag are two of the things he is looking most forward to!  Daniel will also continue his speech and occupational therapy through Rehab Dynamics where he has been making huge gains!  I am so proud of how hard this little guy has worked to get where he is today and happy that he is our gift from God!  

Daniel and his cousin, Oliver, celebrated with a fun Superhero party!  We had great weather and lots of fun times with family and friends!

Summer Lovin'

We traveled to Pokagen State Park in Indiana for my cousins shower and had a blast at the beach!  I can't wait to go back for another day trip!!

 It was one of the quietest rides home I've had in a while ;)

 This boy sneaks out in the middle of the night, plays trucks, reads books, and usually ends up on our bedroom floor after helping himself to snacks.  This was a first for him, crashing in the hallway!

'Keet Retreat at the Zoo was awesome!  I can't wait to go back!  

 This sweet little man sang Happy Birthday to Daniel while we were at Freeze Daddy's Ice Cream :)  Callie used her garage sale earnings to treat the whole family to ice cream and even had enough to tip the entertainment!

 I can hardly wait to meet my little niece that is cookin' in there!  Tara and I went to a family friends wedding together at the zoo and took this "selfie" on the train :)

Time has flown by and I didn't realize how much time has passed since my last post!  Below are a ton of random photos from different events over the past couple months!  Time flies when you're having fun!!

This picture pretty much sums up our beautiful and crazy life at home with three little kiddos :)  Daniel's pants are on backwards, Luke is missing a sock and is pantless, house is a mess, but my kids are happy!  I will miss my crazy and lazy days at home with the kids so much next year as I head back to work.

Gah!  Look at those cheeks!  He honestly gets 100+ kisses a day on those beauties!

We had a great time at the Maumee Memorial Day Parade!  We had a prime spot at our friends home and Callie had a prime spot for the parade!  Our neighbors invited her to ride in their Corvette and pass out candy!  She loved every second of it!  Papa Kalo would love that she was part of such a special day.  Honoring the military is near and dear to our hearts.
